Unfortunately my PS5 controller couldn’t be fixed, but he made it right and rectified the issue right away by giving me a refund. Really appreciated the honesty, communication, and standing behind his work. Not every business does that, and it says a lot about the kind of service they provide. I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
